This is the Privacy Policy of Milikii ("Milikii", "we", "us"), a supplier directory and event planning platform connecting event planners with verified suppliers across West Africa, including Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia, Senegal, and South Africa.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the GDPR where applicable, and equivalent national legislation. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through our platform at milikii.com.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account Data: Your name, email address, phone number, country, city, gender, date of birth, and cultural identity — provided when you register or update your profile.
  • Supplier Data: Business name, address, contact details, service descriptions, images, and other listing information provided by suppliers.

  • Referral Data: Referral codes used during sign-up and associated referral relationships.

  • Booking records are retained for up to 5 years for legal and dispute resolution purposes.
  • Token and referral ledger records are retained for the duration of the programme.
  • Usage and analytics data is anonymised after 12 months.

Supplier profiles and business information you submit as a supplier are publicly visible on the platform.
