Milikii ("Milikii", "we", "us", "our") is an online supplier directory and event planning platform that connects event planners with verified event service providers ("Suppliers") across West Africa, including Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia, Senegal, and South Africa.

The platform is available at milikii.com. By accessing or using Milikii, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on the platform.

Milikii acts as an intermediary platform. We do not provide event services directly and are not a party to any contract between Users and Suppliers.

2.1. To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name and email address.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2.3. You must be at least 15 years of age to create an account.

2.4. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@milikii.com.

2.5. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these T&Cs, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period.

3.1. Suppliers may create business profiles on Milikii to advertise their event-related services.

3.2. Suppliers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all information in their listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, and contact details.

3.3. Milikii does not verify or endorse any claims made by Suppliers. The "Verified" badge indicates that we have performed basic identity checks but does not constitute a guarantee of service quality.

3.4. Suppliers must not post content that is false, misleading, offensive, or infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.

3.5. We reserve the right to remove or edit any listing at our discretion, including for violations of these T&Cs or if we receive substantiated complaints.

4.1. Milikii facilitates connections between event planners and Suppliers. Any booking made through or prompted by the platform is a direct agreement between the User and the Supplier.

4.2. Milikii is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of services provided by Suppliers.

4.3. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement with a Supplier.

4.4. Cancellation and refund terms are determined solely by the Supplier. Milikii is not liable for any disputes arising from bookings.

4.5. Booking status updates and reviews submitted through the platform are used to maintain service quality and may be visible to other users.

5.1. Milikii Tokens are a virtual reward currency available on the platform. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.2. Tokens are awarded for eligible activities including completing bookings, submitting reviews, uploading a profile picture, and participating in the referral programme.

5.3. Token balances and rewards are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the token programme at any time.

5.4. Tokens earned through fraudulent, abusive, or artificially inflated activity will be void and may result in account suspension.

5.5. Tokens are non-transferable and are tied to your individual account.

6.1. You may invite others to join Milikii using your unique referral code. Token rewards are earned when referred users complete qualifying actions.

6.2. Referral codes may not be shared on public coupon or cashback sites. Bulk or automated distribution of referral codes is prohibited.

6.3. We reserve the right to withhold referral tokens if we determine the referral was obtained through abuse of the system.

6.4. Referral token rates and qualifying conditions may change at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content about Suppliers or other users.
• Create fake accounts, submit fake bookings, or manipulate the review system.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without our written consent.
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Circumvent the platform to avoid fees (e.g., completing bookings initiated on Milikii off-platform).

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

8.1. Basic supplier listings on Milikii are available at our published rates. Subscription plans (monthly or yearly) provide enhanced visibility and premium features.

8.2. All fees are charged in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

8.3. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

8.4. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes before their next renewal date.

8.5. Failure to pay outstanding fees may result in suspension of your supplier listing or account.

9.1. Milikii provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milikii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9.3. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) disputes between Users and Suppliers; (b) the quality or non-delivery of services; (c) platform downtime or technical errors; (d) unauthorised access to your account.

9.4. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.1. All content, branding, code, and materials on the Milikii platform are the intellectual property of Milikii and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

10.2. By submitting content (including images, descriptions, and reviews) to the platform, you grant Milikii a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content for the purposes of operating and promoting the platform.

10.3. You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Your use of Milikii is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the platform, you agree to the processing of your data as described therein.

12.1. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@milikii.com.

12.2. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these T&Cs, suspected fraud, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

12.3. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Accrued Milikii Tokens will be forfeited.

12.4. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 10, and 13) shall remain in effect.

13.1. Governing Law: These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the extent applicable. For EU-based users, applicable EU consumer protection laws also apply.

13.2. Amendments: We may update these T&Cs at any time. Continued use of Milikii after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.

13.3. Severability: If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.4. Entire Agreement: These T&Cs, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Milikii regarding use of the platform.
